Tulip is recognized for the third year in a row for its Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision.
2 MAY 2023, BOSTON, MA – Tulip Interfaces, a leader in frontline operations, announced today that it has been named a Challenger in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Out of hundreds of MES vendors, Tulip was one of 18 vendors recognized in the Magic Quadrant. In our opinion, the inclusion of Tulip is a testament to the market shift towards composable, frontline-driven approaches to MES and operational problem-solving.
Tulip’s overall vision is to provide a tool that empowers manufacturers to build their tech stack around their unique needs and processes — versus having to conform to structures set forth by vendors. We aim to build a platform for innovators to create human-centric solutions and drive extensibility through a cloud-based architecture and a no-code environment with a low barrier to entry.
“The Tulip team is proud of the consecutive recognition in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Manufacturing Execution Systems,” said Natan Linder, Co-Founder and CEO of Tulip. “We love that we’re named a Challenger since our offering is not a traditional MES. As the MES space continues to evolve, we envision that the industry will shift from a monolithic approach to an operations tech stack model.”

We feel the continued Gartner focus on composability is in line with our vision. We believe we are the most composable platform for MES on the market.
Over the last year, Tulip has evolved its product, adding further capabilities to fuel global citizen development at scale for enterprises like Stanley Black & Decker. Recent innovations include a Computer Vision for Quality Insights solution on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a Cloud Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in the AWS Solutions Library, OpenAI tools in the Tulip Library, Analytics Insights, Enterprise App Exchange, and multilingual apps. We feel Tulip’s ability to execute on these initiatives is a testament to its customers and the ways they use Tulip to drive innovation.
Recently, Tulip also signed a strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with AWS to advance the adoption of cloud solutions for manufacturing — and fuel the development of flexible and adaptable manufacturing operations solutions.
Tulip is experiencing significant growth driven by an increased market interest in a composable, connected approach to manufacturing operations.
