What's New In Tulip
The Tulip Library provides out-of-the-box apps, plugins, and templates for users to get started with deploying solutions across their operations. Tulip builds content in the Library with different use cases in mind. Apps can be configured easily with setup guides, or customized further to meet your exact needs with the powerful capabilities of the app editor. We regularly release new apps, widgets, and connectors to the library and are excited to share what’s new this month:

Updates to apps:
The Static Work Instructions app has been updated to include translated versions in German and Spanish in addition to English. Tulip apps support multilingual translations, making it easier to deploy apps in different facilities and support users in their native language.
*Multilingual Translations are an Enterprise feature. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
The Tulip UI Template has received a refresh to give more canvas space and utilize the updated button with the icon widget.
Widgets are the latest plugin content available in the library. Available through unit test apps in the Library, Widgets are additional functionality that is not standard in the platform. Once downloaded from the Library, Widget plugins are accessible in the app editor menu bar. Widgets can be edited with a low-code interface in the app editor.
Work Instructions Care Points Widget

Number Pad Widget

Add a graphical calculator to apps for quick calculations.
Change Detector Widget

Stopwatch and Timer Widgets
Track time within an app with simple interfaces that can count up or down based on a set time.
The Looper Widget can loop through a list of actions in an application. Define a list of items and events and the widget will run a trigger for each item on the list. As the loop runs, a visual indicator will show the progress of the loop.
Five previously released widgets have been updated to include new descriptions and set up instructions inline. ZPL Viewer, Tool Tip, Step by Step Menu, Custom Text Input, and Custom Number Input widget. If you are already using these widgets, you will need to re-install them through the custom widgets interface to use the latest version. See all widgets in the Library →
