Tulip Expands into Central and Eastern Europe with Grand Opening of Budapest Office and Experience Center

Tulip marks the beginning of its expansion into Central and Eastern Europe with Grand Opening event at Budapest office and Tulip Experience Center (TEC).

June 4, 2024 BUDAPEST, HUNGARY — Today Tulip Interfaces, a global leader in frontline operations, announced the Grand Opening of its new office and Tulip Experience Center (TEC) with a Grand Opening event in Budapest, Hungary. The event was attended by over 100 industry experts, customers, and partners from across Europe. This event follows the Grand Opening celebration just two weeks ago in Germany, marking the opening of Tulip’s office and TEC in Munich.

Tulip has had an active presence in Europe since 2014 and began operations in Central and Eastern Europe in 2021 with an engineering team based in the capital city of Budapest. This expansion marks an exciting time for Tulip, as we see the potential for Central Europe to become a hotbed for the future of manufacturing.

“CEE contains all of the essential ingredients: A rich manufacturing tradition with production hubs for multinational companies, leading technical universities, increasing reshoring and nearshoring over the past few years, and government funding for advanced manufacturing and emerging industries,” says Dr. Natan Linder, CEO and Co-Founder of Tulip. “But, the most important ingredient here is a highly experienced workforce, with decades of knowledge gained on the shop floor.”

Home to a growing team of over 50 commercial, product, finance, operations, and engineering experts, the Munich office features a Tulip Experience Center (TEC) where visitors can engage with the Tulip platform through interactive demos. These demos showcase the latest in human-centric technology for frontline operations, including Tulip’s Frontline Copilot and Composable MES app suite, as well as integrations with multiple technology partners.
