OCTOBER 8, 2024, BOSTON, MA — Tulip Interfaces, a leader in frontline operations, is excited to announce a collaboration with Snowflake, the AI Data Cloud company to provide joint customers with a new cloud data historian solution. The solution will enable manufacturers to combine and analyze production data across sources in near real-time directly within their Snowflake environments.
The cloud data historian solution provides joint customers with a combined view of sensor, machine, on-premise, and human-centric process data, putting them in a better position to more efficiently accelerate, adapt and scale operations. The joint offering is designed to meet the needs of modern manufacturers, offering a flexible, scalable, and secure solution to optimize operations. By integrating with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, the human-centric historian enables rapid data analysis and provides the agility manufacturers need to adapt to evolving business requirements.
“We are thrilled to partner with Snowflake to deliver this transformative solution for data operations in manufacturing and unlock new insight and value for customers. It is exciting to make information that is so critical, but previously much more difficult to access, available alongside production data from people-centric workflows,” said Dr. Roey Mechrez, Head of Ecosystem at Tulip Interfaces. “The cloud-native historian allows manufacturers to understand better and respond to their operations, enabling innovation and operational excellence in a way that wasn’t previously possible.”
“We are excited to collaborate with Tulip Interfaces to provide a deeper integration as a connected application in the AI Data Cloud,” said Pugal Janankiraman, Global Manufacturing CTO at Snowflake. “Tulip’s approach to digitizing the shop floor, combined with Snowflake’s AI and data platform, gives manufacturers the ability to unlock the full potential of their operational data. This will allow our joint customers to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement at scale.”
