Tulip Achieves AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency And Joins AWS at Hannover Messe 2023

Tulip, an AWS Partner, will join AWS at Hannover Messe — and feature a Virtual Tulip Experience Center (vTEC) demo, a customer success story presentation, and more.

17 APRIL 2023, HANNOVER, DE – Tulip Interfaces, a leader in Frontline Operations, announced today that it has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Manufacturing and Industrial Competency — and will join AWS at Hannover Messe 2023. Achieving the AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency designation recognizes Tulip for its expertise in providing software solutions for an end-to-end Industrial Manufacturing Software toolchain.

As manufacturing customers move to the cloud, they are looking for cloud experts with manufacturing experience to help them transform and use data in new ways, knowing they need to move faster than ever. AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency Partners provide customers with solutions across their digital transformation journey while being assured that they have support from a validated AWS Partner to meet their needs. These solutions follow AWS best practices for building secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient cloud infrastructure for industry applications.

Achieving the AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency differentiates Tulip as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member with demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success in running cloud solutions on AWS for the manufacturing and industrial sector. This program showcases manufacturing consulting and software partners who have domain knowledge and are providing cloud services. To receive the AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency designation, AWS Partners must undergo a rigorous technical validation and provide vetted customer references.

This new AWS Manufacturing and Industrial designation will be on full display at Hannover Messe 2023, where Tulip will provide live demos of how their Frontline Operations Platform — powered by AWS — allows manufacturers to create dynamic, media-rich workflows that collect valuable real-time data from operators, machines, and devices. In addition, Roey Mechrez, Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Tulip, will be giving a presentation at the AWS Theater alongside Luis Oropeza, Sourcing Engineer at Laerdal Medical — highlighting how Laerdal uses Tulip Vision to error-proof their medical kit assembly process.

“The Tulip team is proud to achieve the AWS Manufacturing and Industrial Competency, and we look forward to once again appearing at the AWS booth at Hannover Messe — this time highlighting how our integrations drive the new operations tech stack,” said Natan Linder, CEO and Co-Founder of Tulip. “Through our valuable relationship with AWS, we help companies around the world solve some of the most pressing challenges in operations.”

AWS is enabling scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions from startups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify AWS Partners with deep industry experience and expertise.

Tulip’s Frontline Operations Platform, powered by AWS, allows manufacturers across every vertical to digitize processes and continuously improve operations via real-time data. Tulip is working to help customers empower their frontline workforce to make data-driven decisions with real-time production visibility.

"Our data was slow, and often it took a day or so before we really knew we had an issue,” said Scott Hodges, Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Mack Molding. “Tulip has helped Mack improve our operations by providing us with real-time analytics."

Tulip, a leader in frontline operations, is helping companies of all sizes and across industries, including complex manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, equip their workforce with connected apps — leading to higher quality work, improved efficiency, and end-to-end traceability across operations. A spinoff out of MIT, the company is headquartered in Somerville, MA, with offices in Germany and Hungary.
