NASCAR Team RFK Racing Adds Tulip to the TeK Alliance

Tulip joins the RFK TeK Alliance, with plans to assist RFK Racing in optimizing processes associated with car assembly, equipment, and work environments.

FEBRUARY 5, 2024, SOMERVILLE, MA — Tulip Interfaces, a leader in frontline operations, announced today that it is joining RFK Racing’s TeK Alliance, a cutting-edge technology division aimed at pushing the boundaries of performance and innovation within the racing industry.

For RFK Racing, one of the most successful teams in NASCAR history, the ability to easily track parts and equipment is critical to streamlining day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with the latest NASCAR regulations.

With Tulip’s Frontline Operations Platform, the RFK Racing team will have integral tracking information at their fingertips, allowing them to focus their time and energy on the next race instead of on manual data management tasks. The platform will empower them to automate car assembly workflows, create a connected worker environment, and centralize data collection.

“Tulip and RFK Racing share a commitment to driving superior manufacturing quality and supporting frontline workers along the way — making this an ideal partnership,” said Madilynn Angel, Head of Marketing at Tulip. “We’re honored to be part of the RFK TeK Alliance and can’t wait for the 2024 Cup Series season to officially kick off.”

At the onset of the partnership, RFK Racing will leverage the Tulip platform to streamline critical work order management processes — empowering them to drive agile development and continuous improvement. The Tulip team will support additional use cases over time to further optimize execution and new integrations.

"We’re thrilled to have Tulip on board as part of the RFK TeK Alliance, assisting our team in a multitude of areas,” said Kevin Kidd, Director of Software and Analytics at RFK Racing. “From the moment that we first discovered Tulip, it was obvious that their technology would enable us to address process issues at the shop and racetrack, where legacy systems have fallen short. The empowerment of the frontline operator is a concept that we are passionate about. Furthermore, the agility at which we can develop in Tulip matches nicely with the pace that is demanded in motorsport. We thank Tulip for their dedication to our effort in being the premier ‘Tech’ team in NASCAR.”
