Today, Tulip, the premier manufacturing app platform, joins WEF’s Global Innovator Program, a select group of the world’s most promising scale-ups at the forefront of technological and business model innovation.

“Tulip’s commitment to uplifting production and frontline workers runs through all of their collaborations with the World Economic Forum. MFG.works brings the foundations for a type of digital community other industries take for granted, but is missing in manufacturing. We appreciate their partnership, and their insights into the innovative ways manufacturers are using technology to solve problems, including those in our Global Lighthouse Network,”  says Francisco Betti, Head of Shaping the Future of Advanced Manufacturing and Production Platform, World Economic Forum.

Tulip has matured its customer base since joining the Tech Pioneer program two years ago and now serves some of the largest and most sophisticated global manufacturers. “We are excited to continue collaborating with the World Economic Forum on the future of work in manufacturing”, says Natan Linder, CEO, Tulip.

As a Global Innovator, Tulip aims to continue working with WEF’s 1,000 member companies to:

    • Design a learning journey to empower the world’s manufacturing workers to upskill and reskill
    • Empowering frontline workers to drive digital transformation at their companies through education
    • Create a community where companies can learn new approaches to solving problems, and connect to share best practices
    • Connect companies to the latest technologies through the New England Advanced Manufacturing Hub

In collaboration with WEF, last year Tulip launched MFG.works, an open community platform that includes learning content from some of the world’s leading manufacturers and vendors. The best practice initiative will roll out educational initiatives and curricula to enable reskilling/upskilling. “Tulip pledges to work constructively with WEF’s industry members globally and in the New England region to inspire and equip businesses of any size to enable engineers with no software background to gain tremendous efficiencies”, says Trond Arne Undheim, Tulip’s Ecosystem Evangelist.
